The Future of Energy Distribution is Mobile.

FuelFlow is dismantling the $500B legacy gas station industry. By deploying software-routed micro-tankers to dense corporate campuses, we bypass commercial real estate costs and deliver fuel directly to the end consumer with unprecedented route density.

01. Go-to-Market Strategy

The B2B2C Corporate Trojan Horse

We do not chase individual driveways. We target corporate HR departments in dense economic zones like the Dallas Metroplex. By positioning FuelFlow as a zero-cost employee amenity, we secure vendor access to closed parking garages, acquiring hundreds of high-LTV customers in a single sales motion.

02. Operational Automation

Algorithmic Route Density

Profitability in mobile fueling is purely a function of gallons-per-hour. Our proprietary dispatch board groups deliveries into highly localized 1-hour windows. By leveraging Python-driven routing logic and automated GPS ingestion, a single driver can fuel up to 12 vehicles per hour without leaving the garage footprint.

03. Unit Economics

Asset-Light Infrastructure

Traditional gas stations are heavily burdened by commercial real estate leases, environmental insurance, and massive underground storage tanks. FuelFlow operates with light-duty mobile tanks. We capture the retail margin on the fuel, plus a flat convenience fee, resulting in significantly higher margins per square foot of operating space.

04. The Fleet Transition

EV & Alternative Fuel Ready

Our infrastructure is liquid-agnostic. While we are launching with traditional fuel to capture immediate market share, our mobile delivery model seamlessly pivots to mobile EV charging units as the vehicle fleet transitions, protecting our distribution network from obsolescence.
